I don’t remember which beaches are on the South side of the island. I know I wanted to go to Elia, but the schedules to get there were very limited when I went and I didn’t want to take a cab. They also have little boats that can take you from one beach to another, but again, not sure what that will be like in October… I went to Platos Gialos, Agios Ioannis, Ornos, Paradise and Paraga beaches when I was in Mykonos. I took the bus to each of these beaches and it is VERY easy to do so by catching the buses in town.

Mykonos’s local busesare called“KTEL Buses”and they operate all months of the year BUT during May-September there are more frequent buses that connect most of the beaches to Mykonos Town.. The mykonos bus schedule 2023 is probably a bit less frequent in October I would imagine… €30/€45 per day, depending on the season, whereas quad bikes are €30/€40 and motorbikes €20/€30. Public car parks are easily found around the bus stands and the ports.

Tickets for bus X95 can be purchased either by the ticket kiosks, lying between Exits 4 and 5 of the Arrivals area, or even onboard.
